Noelle Erskine is the ultimate teammate and is known around the office as the person who makes everything work. She brings infectious energy, enthusiasm, and efficiency to every project she touches, and she loves supporting all her Attain agents as Director of Operations. A Marin native, she feels grateful to be able to work in a place that she loves, on a team that values kindness, unity, and integrity as core tenets of their organization.

 

After graduating from UC Santa Barbara (that’s right, there are two Gauchos in the office!), Noelle discovered her passion for real estate through her work in property management and was immediately drawn to the ways in which real estate has the power to effect positive change in people’s lives. Buying a home is an immensely personal and exciting event, and Noelle feels lucky to be able to support her agents as they guide their clients through the process. Noelle became a licensed real estate agent in 2019, which makes her even more of a dynamic asset in her current role at Attain.

 

Before joining Attain, Noelle managed an office of 50+ agents, overseeing 150+ transactions in 2021 alone. As a former college basketball point guard and team captain, it comes as no surprise to anyone that Noelle excels in leadership roles and goes above and beyond to support her co-workers. She thrives under pressure, always going the extra mile (or in many cases, extra miles) to get the job done. She is thrilled to grow and learn alongside all of her colleagues at Attain.

 

When she's not in the office, you can find Noelle playing pickup basketball, hiking in west Marin, or sitting down for some good food with friends.
