After spelling out our specific needs & timetable regarding the sale of our home, we found Denise receptive, energetic and with a number of ideas of her own on how to successfully market & sell the house I grew up in. Denise did an excellent job communicating with us, working within our timeframe, and scheduling & coordinating inspections, staging, & all the various details involved in getting our house ready to be put on the market. There were some issues caused by the buyer's title company, and Denise worked diligently to resolve those issues so that closing could be completed on time. Denise worked tirelessly to help us sell our home. She was completely professional, extremely knowledgeable and competent, communicated clearly, was very detail oriented and followed up at every point. This was a 'big' move for us, (we are retiring to Europe), and so there were many different aspects to this sale.
